It’s very easy to make such nails. Use blue and white enamel nail polishes and varnish the nails in random order. But use more blue color – then the decoration of rhinestones will look gorgeous on a white base. There are too many glossy gems. But it isn’t too stylish. Try to put rightly both rhinestones and colors of the nails.
