A smooth base coat without a single deficiency emphasizes the severe image, but the same color floral décor on a white background adds a lot of femininity. This nail art is very easy to be made at home: the flowers are drawn with a fine paintbrush or just a simple toothpick using the base color nail enamel for flower buds and a more prominent hue for the leaves.
